Hyllie Terrass is one such cutting-edge project by Skanska Fastigheter Malmö. In addition to its futuristic architecture and inviting green terraces, the building is NollC02 precertified – making it one of the most sustainable office buildings in Sweden.
As a way to promote the brand-new office space, Futency helped produce video material that highlight some of the building's unique features.
The result was film versions used for social media and web.
